1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, accessing, or subscribing to stixdret.pro, you enter into a binding agreement with stixdret. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must discontinue your use of the website and dispatches.
2. Intellectual Property & Fair Use
All investigative texts, specialized graphics, dossiers, and curated document analyses published on stixdret are the copyrighted property of stixdret, unless otherwise noted. Short quotes are permitted under Canadian fair dealing principles, provided clear attribution and a direct canonical link to https://stixdret.pro are preserved.
Systematic harvesting, programmatic scraping, or wholesale reproduction of our dossiers without an authorized syndication agreement is strictly prohibited.
3. Subscriber Terms & Pricing (190 EUR Tier)
Our annual investigative membership is set at 190 EUR. By subscribing:
- You receive single-user credentials to access unredacted dossiers, quarterly releases, and document repositories for twelve (12) months.
- Credentials may not be transferred, published, or shared across multi-user commercial intranets without an institutional license.
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time prior to the subsequent annual renewal date by emailing [email protected].
4. Disclaimers & Factual Veracity
Our reporting reflects rigorous factual investigation at the time of publication based on accessible public records, source interviews, and documentary evidence. While we uphold rigorous standards of verification, published investigative analyses are intended for public educational and civic oversight purposes and do not constitute formal legal, investment, or financial advice.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Ontario and Canadian law, stixdret shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or published materials.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our publications or memberships shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal proceedings shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Ottawa, Ontario.
